Mentorship

Developing as a Dominant is an ongoing process. It requires more than learning techniques or adopting a particular aesthetic. It involves building self-awareness, ethical judgement, communication skills, confidence, and the ability to hold power with intention and responsibility.

My one-to-one mentorship is designed for adults who want to pursue or strengthen a professional practice while developing an expression of Dominance that is thoughtful, authentic, and grounded in strong ethical foundations.

Mentorship is available at different stages of development. You may be preparing to enter professional practice, strengthening foundations that were never formally developed, or seeking more advanced guidance as an established Dominant.

Rather than teaching you to imitate my style, I help you clarify your own values, philosophy, leadership approach, and professional direction.

Mentorship Pathways

Different stages of development require different kinds of support. My mentorship pathways are designed to meet you at your current level while helping you identify what comes next.

Foundations of Ethical Dominance

A structured six-month professional practice mentorship

This pathway provides the essential personal, relational, ethical, and practical foundations needed to pursue professional domination responsibly.

It is suited to aspiring professional Dominants, people in the early stages of professional development, and those who want to strengthen foundations that may have developed informally.

Across six progressive stages, we explore Dominant identity, consent and communication, intentional experience design, leadership and dynamic structure, professional practice, and continued development.

Advanced and Specialised Mentorship

Individual guidance for experienced and established Dominants

Advanced mentorship is available for Dominants who already have a developed foundation and want focused support with the next stage of their personal or professional growth.

The structure and focus are determined individually according to your experience, existing practice, challenges, and goals. This may involve deeper work around leadership, professional ethics, client care, experience design, business development, positioning, or another clearly defined area of development.

Advanced mentorship is considered following an application and discovery conversation.
