I created this dungeon as a space for intentional kink, learning, exploration and connection. I’m opening it up – to other practitioners, educators, creators and members of the community who need access to a kink space.
My goal is to continue developing the dungeon into a space that can support more community events, education, private practice and creative work – and potentially move into a space designed even more fully around those needs.

The Space
My dungeon is a private, fully equipped kink space. It’s designed for both intimate use and small group events, with comfortable capacity for around 25 people.
The space includes:
- Lounge area & kitchenette
- Suspension frame with hoist
- 2 x spanking benches
- 2 x St Andrew’s crosses
- School bench
- Stockade & bondage chair
- CBT table
- Variety of toys, tools, and implements
The space allows for a mix of interactive play, demonstration, observation and social space without the room feeling overcrowded.

What You Can Use The Space For
The dungeon can be hired for a range of private, professional, educational and creative uses, including (but not limited to):
- Private kink sessions
- Professional domination sessions
- Workshops
- Small events
- Kink practice & skill-sharing
- Photoshoots and content creation
- Private gatherings and kink-focused experiences

Hire Rate
ZAR 1000 for up to 12 hrs
This includes:
- Private use of the dungeon for the agreed booking period
- Use of existing furniture and equipment
- Utilities
- Standard cleaning after your booking
Larger events, bookings requiring significant setup and/or reset, unusually intensive use of the space, or additional cleaning may be quoted separately.
